All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify our support team immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access or suspicious activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are processed via our integrated payment gateway and confirmed automatically upon blockchain verification. Withdrawals are subject to a platform fee displayed at the time of request. INVEXO is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses, on incorrect networks, or lost due to user error. Always verify destination addresses carefully before confirming any transaction.

5. Investment Plans

INVEXO offers fixed-term investment plans with stated daily return rates. These returns are based on defined plan terms and are distributed according to platform performance. All investments carry inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and returns are not guaranteed against adverse market conditions. You should only invest amounts you can afford to commit for the plan's full duration.

6. Referral & Team Leader Program

Referral bonuses are credited when a referred user activates a qualifying investment plan. Team Leader salary rewards are distributed based on active team size and tier thresholds, as defined in the current program terms. INVEXO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral and team programs at any time without prior notice.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable local or international laws. Any account found in violation of these policies will be permanently suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Multi-Account & Abuse Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different identities, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: registering fake or duplicate accounts to exploit referral commissions, self-referring to collect bonuses, artificially inflating invite counts to qualify for Team Leader salary tiers, or using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform. Any account found engaging in such activity will be permanently suspended immediately, all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to block related devices, IPs, and payment methods. If you suspect abuse by another user, please report it to our support team.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and software on INVEXO are the exclusive property of the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.
